There is Life after Debt

Great to be with Owen and Kerry-anne last night and to hear what they are up to .They are both keen to serve God and always up for the next challenge .
Owen is now a debt counselor working three days a week for CAP (CHRISTIANS AGAINST POVERTY) .

The Charity was started in Bradford in 1996 to help the growing problem of personal debt, helping individuals and familys' with their finances.
Apparently personal debt increases by 1 million pounds every 4 minutes,amazing,scary,depressing especially for those involved.
A session with the client starts with prayer and a financial status interview,but in so many cases where the clients are so desperate , even suicidal, they cry out to God for help, and they get it .
Many hundreds have been helped and led to the Lord already, and with the debt problem spiraling out of control , CAP is a much needed organisation.

There are over fifty centres throughout the UK and now 15 in Australia and next South Africa, future plans,they hope to open 500 centres by 2020.
